What is a softy machine manufacturing process?
At Hindchef plant, we have a streamlined softy machine manufacturing process. Here, we shall be going through the entire process of making a softy machine:
- 3D designing: A 3D layout and complete designing is created on the AutoCAD software. This finally makes the correct positions of all parts that needs to be placed. This is a complete design is now segreagated in small elements(outer and inner parts )to make a final touch to the particular portions. And small elements gets converted into 2D OR DXF format. These DXF format is the laser cutting command that is accepted into the cypone software.
- Laser cutting of different parts: Now, the next turn is to do the laser cutting of its parts via a metal laser cutting machine. For this, we need to load the steel/iron sheet underneath the laser beam emmission area. And, it cuts very precisely with the required measurment over the cutting sheets.
- Parts bending via bending machine: Once all the metal sheet material cutting completes, it is trasferred to the huge bending machine. And, we bend the outer and inner body parts(i.e, outer, inner cover) to make the final softy machine body.
- Softy machine components assembly: All kind of main components of softy making machine are assembled at our factory.
- softy cylinder:
We make the two cylinders (right and left) for the 2+1 flavored softy machine. This cylinder helps with beater movement and ice cream production. It’s external and internal pipe clubes together, and then goes through the welding process. Later, we fill the high-pressure (500 psi) nitrogen gas inside the cylinders. Simultaneously, we check for any kind of leakage inside it, to avoid future damages.
2. Condenser: We manufacture 4 row heavy condenser. It has a more cooling capacity comparatively to the chinese condenser which is made up of 3 row condensers. A 3 row condensers fails to work after 35*c and has limited cooling capacity.
3. Hooper: It is completely fixes with the outer body to cover the machine. And for pouring the premixe bases inside the hooper.
4. Gear box- There are 25 components present in the gear box. Its all are parts making process goes through different companies
