How do we achieve different shapes?
There are many ways to achieve shapes in cookies dropping machine here we are listing all of them.
- Stationery drop: Keeping the nozzle stable and dropping the cookies is stationery drop. The shape of cookies dependent on the nozzle shape.
- Rotary drop: In rotary drop, cookies dropping nozzle rotates in clockwise or counter clockwise direction ar variable speed. This gives many cookies design.
- Long drop: In long drop the nozzle is stationery and tray moves forward or backward. This makes elongated shaped cookies.
- Mixed drop: In Mixed drop, we use various combination of long drop and rotary drop.
- Horizontal wire cut: The cookies is cut from end to end and top is shaped as per nozzle shape.
- Vertical wire Cut: The cookies are cut from top and bottom and cookies boundaries are shaped as per shape of nozzle.
